Class 1 Setting up the intentions, difference in styles of yoga, different schools 
Class 1 practice Gentle Vinyasa + Pranayma Full Yogic breath, Ujaii 

Class 2 Anatomy Basics 
Class 2 practice Yin Yoga + Pranayma Anuloma Veluma

Week two
Class 3 Basic principals of yoga\ 8 limbs
Class 3 practice Ashtanga yoga + Pranayma Kapalabhati

Class 4 Self-adjustment in Down Facing dog, Forward folds, Beck bends, Twists
Class 4 Practice Vinyasa Flow + Pranayma AKapalabhati

Week three
Class 5 Self-adjustment in Warriors, Virasana, Garudasana
Class 5 Practice Hatha 

Class 6 Self-adjustment including precautions, periods etc
Class 6 Practice Vinyasa, Pranayma + Mudras

Week four
Class 7 Energy centers System
Class 7 Practice for energy centers activation

Class 8 Main sources of yoga (Yoga Sutra Patangali, Hatha Yoga Padipika) Q&A session     
Class 8 Finishing practice + closing intentions
