Anatomy
Weekends from 1 till 16 of November

Basic Anatomy and Physiology: Fundamental understanding of the human body, including the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, and circulatory systems.

Biomechanics of Movement: Detailed study of how the body moves in relation to yoga asanas, emphasizing safe and effective alignment.

Injury Prevention: Strategies to prevent common yoga-related injuries through proper alignment and modifications.

Asanas and Adjustments
Weekends from 6 till 21 of December

Posture Breakdown: Detailed analysis of key yoga postures (asanas), including their benefits, contraindications, and variations.

Alignment Principles: Guidelines for proper alignment in various postures to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Hands-On Adjustments: Techniques for providing safe, respectful, and effective physical adjustments to students.

Teaching Methodology
