We invite you to join our 200 hour teacher training program which kicks off on Friday 8 September 2023. It is your opportunity to join the family of Yama Yoga trained teachers who are teaching and deepening their practice all over the world.
The course will be led by Erina Babenko (E-RYT 500) Philosophy and Sequencing module, Melissa Al Kubaisi (E-RYT 500) Physical adjustments and Dr Sora Al Rowas MD (YT-200) Anatomy will lead to a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teaching accreditation.
The program will be spread over 8 month with the breaks aligned with school holidays.
There will be 3 weekly classes as follows :
Friday Morning – 7.30am – 10.30 am
Saturday Morning – 7am – 9 am
Monday Evenings – 6pm – 9.30pm

All core elements of the stipulated Yoga Alliance program will be covered with the emphasis on a diverse program giving a taster of the different flavours of yoga for you to savor and enjoy.
Whether you are a practitioner seeking to deepen your understanding or an enthusiast seeking to share your experience and teach the next generation of students this program is for you.
The course will also be supplemented by with specialty workshops through the duration of the program and there will be an opportunity during the program break and at the end of the program to catch up any lost classes in the event that some elements of the program are missed.
